During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite disturbing. I noticed a rat running around while eating, which was very unsettling. Additionally, I had a difficult experience with noise because the doors slammed very loudly, and it created an uncomfortable environment.

I booked a King Studio Suite but ended up with two queen beds, which was frustrating. I thought it was shady that they offered a six-pack of beer or a bottle of wine as compensation. We didn’t even like the drinks they offered, so it felt pointless. The hotel itself shone in cleanliness. The atmosphere felt inviting and welcoming, especially for families. The breakfast spread was decent, and the pool area was nicely arranged with towels set out well. This place nailed the basics, making it easy to have a comfortable stay.
